M/Docs II contains the same groups of forms or modules, as the original M/Docs did.  But, we have added others.  In addition to Conveyancing, Guardianship & Conservatorship, Probate, Liens waivers & Leases, MAR, Purchase Agreement, we have added Adoption, Wisconsin Probate and an improved UCC module.
