Download Patch File for M/Docs Realtor, version 5.0
According to HUD, their logo must appear on every HUD-1 form submitted. The version used to prepare the HUD-1 in the current modules did not contain that logo; the graphic has now been applied to each HUD form we provide. While none of our customers have reported problems submitting the form without the logo, our goal is to provide you with the most current and accurate forms available.
If you have not downloaded any patch for this module since March 29, 2010, please download & install this patch.

Please read all of these Download Instructions before proceeding:
1. Download the Patch File to Your Desktop. Click the Download button below. A window will open. On many computers, the window will ask whether you want to Run, Open and/or Save the file. Be sure to choose Save and be sure to save the file to your Desktop. (In the window, there will often be a “Save in…” box with a drop-down menu where you can choose Desktop from the top of the list.) You might need to click OK to start the download. After the file has finished downloading, the file that you just downloaded will be present on your Desktop
2. Proceed with Installation. Double click on the file that you just downloaded and follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation
**Note: When you get to the screen below, please make sure that you have the correct location of the databases selected. The correct location for a Local Install is shown.
If you see this screen, choose Yes.
3. Remove the file from Desktop. When the installation is complete, you may delete from your Desktop the file that you downloaded (or move it to some other location, if you wish).
A downloadable patch file is available that contains the most recent versions of HUD-1, HUD-1A (No Seller/Refinancing) and Good Faith Estimate. In addition, the new file amends spelling errors in Form 1519H Condominium/Townhouse Cooperative Addendum Common Interest Community (CIC). This form appears in the “Purchase Agreements” form group of “MAR Forms” section of the M/Docs Realtor Bundle module, version 5.0, and the M/Docs MAR Realtor module, version 5.0.
