Download Patch File for M/Docs Conveyancing, version 10.1
According to HUD, their logo must appear on every HUD-1 form submitted. The version used to prepare the HUD-1 in the current modules did not contain that logo; the graphic has now been applied to each HUD form we provide. While none of our customers have reported problems submitting the form without the logo, our goal is to provide you with the most current and accurate forms available.
If you have not downloaded any patch for this module since March 29, 2010, please download & install this patch.

Please read all of these Download Instructions before proceeding:
1. Download the Patch File to Your Desktop. Click the Download button below. A window will open. On many computers, the window will ask whether you want to Run, Open and/or Save the file. Be sure to choose Save and be sure to save the file to your Desktop. (In the window, there will often be a “Save in…” box with a drop-down menu where you can choose Desktop from the top of the list.) You might need to click OK to start the download. After the file has finished downloading, the file that you just downloaded will be present on your Desktop
2. Proceed with Installation. Double click on the file that you just downloaded and follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation
**Note: When you get to the screen below, please make sure that you have the correct location of the databases selected. The correct location for a Local Install is shown.
If you see this screen, choose Yes.
3. Remove the file from Desktop. When the installation is complete, you may delete from your Desktop the file that you downloaded (or move it to some other location, if you wish).
A downloadable patch file is available that amends several forms in the M/Docs Conveyancing (version 10.1) module and adds a few new forms to the module. Below is a summary of these changes. You should have M/Docs Conveyancing, version 10.1, installed prior to applying this Conveyancing patch. If you have M/Docs Conveyancing 10.1 installed on your computer and you wish to download and install this patch file, please click on the Download button below.
HUD-1 Settlement Statement & Good Faith Estimate (of Borrower’s Settlement Costs).
The patch adds new versions of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and of the Good Faith Estimate (also a HUD form) that are required as of January 2010. The old versions of HUD-1 and GFE will be retained in M/Docs Conveyancing after you apply the patch so that you can access saved data you have filled on the old versions of the two forms. Both the new and old versions of the forms are located in the form group entitled “Powers of Attorney, HUD & Miscellaneous” in the M/Docs Conveyancing module.
Transfer on Death Deeds.
The patch file adds four Uniform Conveyancing Blank forms of Transfer on Death Deed (Forms 10.8.1, 10.8.2, 10.8.3, and 10.8.4) and one form of revocation thereof (Form 10.8.10) to the “Probate” form group of the M/Docs Conveyancing module.
Form 50.1.2 Affidavit Regarding Seller by Individual(s).
The patch file amends Form 50.1.2 Affidavit Regarding Sellers by Individual(s), located in the “Affidavits” form group of the M/Docs Conveyancing module, to correct certain wording contained in Paragraphs 7 and 8 of this Uniform Conveyancing Blank form.
Trust Related Forms – Uniform Conveyancing Blanks.
The patch file adds certain trust related forms to the “Affidavits” form group and/or the “Certificates of Trust & Trustee’s Deeds” form group of the M/Docs Conveyancing module. These Uniform Conveyancing Blank forms are Form 90.1.5 Affidavit of Trustee Regarding Testamentary Trust, Form 90.2.1 Certificate of Custodianship, and Form 90.2.2 Affidavit of Custodian.
Form 60.3.5 Affidavit of Costs and Disbursements.
The patch file amends Form 60.3.5 Affidavit of Costs and Disbursements to correct a spelling error in the title of the form. This Uniform Conveyancing Blank form appears in the “Affidavits” form group of the M/Docs Conveyancing module.
