M/Docs II Support is available from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Central Time, Monday through
Friday. Requests for support will be answered as quickly as possible within those
times in the order they are received. If you want us to coordinate software installation
or troubleshooting with contract IT staff, we strongly recommend you make an appointment
with us at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that a support person will be available.
